Olesya Bracey focuses her practice in the areas of construction litigation, complex commercial litigation and general litigation matters. She represents owners, developers, homebuilders, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in connection with a variety of construction and property issues. Olesya concentrates her practice on design and construction defect litigation and handles complex construction claims involving multifamily and single-family residential dwellings. Additionally, she has litigation experience in cases involving a range of construction projects, surety and fidelity bonds, property disputes, general commercial and contract matters, and business tort claims.
While at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Olesya served as an articles editor for the South Carolina Law Review and as a research assistant to Professor David G. Owen in the area of tort law and products liability. Olesya graduated second in her class.
