Paige Ornduff concentrates her practice on construction and commercial litigation. Paige represents developers, homebuilders, contractors, and owners with pre-construction, construction, and post-construction issues. She has particular experience with complex construction claims involving multifamily and single-family residential dwellings, as well as commercial properties.
Paige is currently a member of the South Carolina Bar board of governors and serves as secretary/treasurer of the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division. She is also secretary of the James L. Petigru American Inn of Court and the Charleston School of Law Alumni Association. Her commitment to serving her community includes volunteer roles with the South Carolina Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity as well.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Paige practiced with a regional litigation firm where she represented clients in all manner of construction-related disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, retail, hospitality, commercial transportation, and insurance defense claims. She also served as a law clerk for South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Carmen T. Mullen and South Carolina Court of Appeals Judge John D. Geathers. She earned her bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University and Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law, where she was the associate editor in chief of the Charleston Law Review.
