Patty Adcroft focuses her practice on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and loan restructuring. She has experience representing debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. At Parker Poe, Patty is part of a team of experienced litigators who represent Fortune 500 companies, national, regional and community banks, nontraditional lenders, finance companies, and lessors.
Prior to joining Parker Poe. Patty externed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina's Bankruptcy Administrator's Office and in the legal department of Chiesi USA, the American subsidiary of an international pharmaceutical company based in Italy. She received her law degree from Campbell University and her undergraduate degree from UNC Wilmington.
