Sarah Summit is a tax attorney in Parker Poe's Charlotte office. She focuses on federal and international tax planning for corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies (LLCs). In addition, she assists with trust and estate planning.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Sarah worked at a "Big Four" accounting firm in Atlanta and Houston where she focused on mergers, acquisitions, and international tax matters. She earned her master's in taxation law from New York University and her law degree from Wake Forest, where she was executive editor of the Wake Forest Law Review. She received her bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill.
