About the Panel Discussion
In June 2012, the United States Supreme Court upheld the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, President Obama’s signature health care legislation enacted in 2009. For health care providers, the decision means that the reforms embodied in the law will go forward and continue to reshape health care in the United States.
Renee Montgomery, Robb Leandro and Matt Wolfe of Parker Poe share insights on the Court’s decision, including the Medicaid expansion. The panel also provides an update on how the implementation of the Affordable Care Act is progressing and examine how health care providers can prepare for and adapt to these changes.
