– Evan Fultz, a Partner in Parker Poe’s Raleigh office, was recently named to the North Carolina Symphony Society’s Board of Trustees.
The Symphony Society Board is the governing, policy and operating board of the NC Symphony. As a Trustee, Mr. Fultz will have responsibility for securing financial resources, approving program goals, engaging in strategic planning and ensuring the Symphony’s mission is upheld and perpetuated.

Mr. Fultz frequently handles intellectual property matters, serving as lead outside IP counsel for numerous U.S. and international companies in the financial services, pharmaceutical, health care, construction, and other fields. He regularly advises clients in connection with the adoption and protection of new brands, the litigation and resolution of intellectual property disputes, and the negotiation of IP-related commercial transactions.
