Parker Poe People: Jenni Dunlap

Jenni Dunlap is part of Parker Poe’s Manufacturing & Distribution Team. She advises on employment issues, helping international companies implement effective workplace policies and employment agreements, as well as comply with state and federal laws.  She regularly defends manufacturers in investigations, audits, and litigation related to employee misconduct.

Jenni focuses her community service on empowering women and eliminating racism. She became particularly passionate about racial equity in the aftermath of the tragic shooting at Mother Emanuel AME Church. Jenni serves on the board of directors for the YWCA of Greater Charleston, which works to build awareness of racial injustice and provide women and minorities the tools they need to be successful.
