Charlotte, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Charlotte partner Jami Jackson Farris has been elected vice president of the board of directors for the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC).
As vice president, Jami will play a leading role in representing the voices of attorneys who represent automobile and other vehicle dealerships across the country. Jami has served on the NADC’s board of directors since 2010 and recently concluded a term as board treasurer. She also serves as the editor of the NADC’s monthly newsletter, The Defender.
At Parker Poe, Jami leads the firm’s Retail Automotive Dealer Team, which has significant experience helping automotive dealerships with all of their legal needs. Jami and the team represent publicly traded, private equity-sponsored, and privately held dealerships of all sizes – from small, local groups to large corporations with a national footprint, including franchised and independent dealerships.
