Raleigh, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Jonathan Hall has been appointed to the board of directors for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys (NCADA).
In this role, Jonathan will provide leadership as the NCADA brings together civil trial attorneys to promote the administration of justice and strengthen the defense of businesses, governments, and individuals. The NCADA was established in 1977 and today serves approximately 900 attorneys and paralegals across North Carolina.
Jonathan has served as chair and vice chair of the NCADA’s Product Liability Practice Group. He has more than 25 years of jury trial experience in cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, commercial and employment disputes, and other high-exposure matters. He has tried civil lawsuits in state and federal courts across North Carolina, having taken dozens of cases to jury verdicts over the course of his career. He also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution.
Jonathan is among several Parker Poe attorneys who have held leadership positions within the NCADA. Stacy Little currently serves as vice chair of the NCADA's Women Litigators Committee, and Daniel Peterson serves as vice chair of its Government Practice Group. In addition, John Beyer is a past chair of the organization’s Medical Malpractice Practice Group.
