Pat Meacham Joins Parker Poe's Professional Negligence & Product Liability Defense Group

Charlotte, NC – Parker Poe is pleased to announce the addition of Pat Meacham as a partner in the firm’s Raleigh office. Pat is a trial lawyer who has represented multiple Fortune 500 companies, and at Parker Poe his practice will focus on defense of professional negligence and product liability claims. He joins a team that represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the Southeast. 

Pat has served as lead counsel in large mass tort and product liability cases. He has also counseled hospitals and health care providers in professional malpractice actions and administrative hearings before the North Carolina Medical Board.

The addition of Pat to our practice group will allow us to expand our medical negligence and product liability practice throughout North Carolina and into other states.”                               

Prior to his 18 years as a practicing attorney, Pat’s career included serving in the U.S. Department of Justice as special assistant to the administrator in the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. He currently is an adjunct professor at Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where he earned his J.D. Pat attended the University of Kansas for his undergraduate degree.
