John Anderson, Chip Holmes, Ray Jones and Scott Leo Have Become Partners in the Firm

The law firm of Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Harold D. "Chip" Holmes, Ray E. Jones and Scott E. Leo have become partners in the Firm.

Mr. Holmes received his JD from Wake Forest University (1993) and his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1990). He is a member of the Firm’s Torts & Insurance Group in the Charlotte office. Mr. Holmes practices in the areas of personal injury defense, insurance litigation, premises liability litigation and medical malpractice. Mr. Holmes is admitted to the bar in North Carolina.

Mr. Jones received his JD and International MBA from the University of South Carolina (1996) and BS (1992) from the University of South Carolina Honors College. He is a member of the Public Finance Group in the Firm's Columbia office. In addition to serving counties, cities and school districts in the municipal finance area, Mr. Jones has extensive experience assisting both foreign and domestic companies with economic development incentives in the Carolinas. Mr. Jones is admitted to the bar in South Carolina.

Mr. Leo received his JD, with honors, in 1997 and his MPA in 1993 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his BA, cum laude, from North Carolina State University (1990). Mr. Leo is a member of the Firm’s Banking and Finance Practice Group in the Charlotte office and concentrates his practice in Public Finance. He has experience in general governmental, water and sewer system, municipal enterprise, higher education, health care and industrial development finance. Mr. Leo is admitted to the bar in North Carolina.
