Charlotte, N.C. – Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Catherine Clodfelter has been selected for the N.C. Bar Association’s inaugural Public Service Academy.

The N.C. Bar Association launched the Public Service Academy in partnership with The Institute for the Public Trust. It is a nonpartisan initiative designed to encourage more attorneys to consider running for public office, both locally and statewide. Members of the inaugural class were selected from a variety of backgrounds with a consistent thread: a passion for public service and improving the state of our nation.

In Raleigh, Catherine Clodfelter focuses her practice on creditors' rights and financial restructuring. Prior to joining the firm, Catherine worked with the North Carolina Coordinated Campaign as regional director of voter protection in Mecklenburg County.
