Mr. Lynch has proven success in developing pragmatic solutions to obstacles standing in the way of achieving client objectives and goals. By taking a true proprietary interest in his clients’ matters, he successfully enables buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, developers, owners, tenants and landlords to navigate all of the challenges typically encountered in real property transactions.

Working from a strategic business perspective, Mr. Lynch complements his counsel of real estate clients with his more than six years of commercial litigation experience. In addition, prior to practicing law, he spent two years in business and marketing for a FORTUNE Top 25 corporation.
