Caleb Thomas focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors' rights issues. Mr. Thomas is admitted to practice before all federal district courts in North Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Before joining Parker Poe, Mr. Thomas served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eugene E. Siler, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Honorable J. Rich Leonard, of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
