Jonathan Dion has 13 years experience in commercial real estate representing clients in the lending, sale, acquisitions, development and financing of retail, warehouse, industrial and office properties. Mr. Dion focuses on commercial leasing and has negotiated hundreds of lease and lease related documents.

Experience Highlights

• Preparing and negotiating retail, office, warehouse and industrial lease agreements on behalf of landlords and tenants, including negotiating dozens of lease agreements with national retail tenants
• Preparing and negotiating real estate purchase agreements, reciprocal easement agreements and sale/leaseback agreements
• Preparing due diligence items, including title documents, ALTA surveys and legal descriptions
• Reviewing and negotiating loan documents
• Representing loan servicers in securitized loans, including reviewing lease agreements for lender approval and negotiating subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements

Some of Mr. Dion’s representative transactions include:

• Representation of a national equipment rental company in all areas of leasing
• Representation of a regional shopping center owner in all areas of leasing in the Southeast
• Representation of drugstore developers in the development and financing of more than 25 drug stores in North Carolina and South Carolina
• Representation of a purchaser in the acquisition and financing of $100 million in golf course assets nationwide
