Lauren Reeves provides creative solutions tailored to her clients' commercial real estate goals. She advises on real estate leasing, purchasing, selling, financing, title issues, and closing. Her clients range from individuals to small businesses to large corporate entities. She invests the time to understand each of her clients' goals and personalities.

Lauren has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, including for the national footprints of corporate clients. She represents both landlords and tenants for retail, industrial, office, restaurant, medical, dental, and veterinary leases and subleases.

She also routinely represents buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, landlords, and tenants in commercial development and redevelopment transactions. This experience includes the acquisition and disposition of retail, warehouse, shopping center, and office properties across the country.

Lauren serves on the board of directors for Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW). Recently, Lauren served as chair of its University CREW (UCREW) committee, fostering relationships with local colleges and universities to promote mentorship and scholarship opportunities. She continues to be an active member of that committee, serving as board liaison.

Lauren began her legal career with a hybrid of transaction and litigation work but quickly realized she wanted to focus on transactions because of their collaborative nature. She has an affinity for working creatively with parties toward a common goal while zealously advocating for her clients.

Lauren is a Raleigh native who lives with her husband, two young sons, and two cats named after Harry Potter characters. Outside of work, you will find her spending time with her family and friends, laughing, and enjoying the Raleigh community.
