Sidney J. Evering II has joined Parker Poe as a staff attorney in the Columbia office.  Mr. Evering will focus his practice in the areas of public finance, economic development and local government.  Prior to joining Parker Poe, Mr. Evering was a staff attorney for the South Carolina Association of Counties where he advised counties statewide on various legal issues and lobbied on behalf of the Association and its member counties. Mr. Evering received his JD (2002) and his BS (1996) from the University of South Carolina.
