Stacy Wood, a partner in Parker Poe’s Charlotte office, has successfully counseled and defended employers in discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination matters for more than 25 years. She partners with her clients to understand their business needs and help them develop pragmatic solutions. She serves as a leader on Parker Poe’s board of directors and lives by her father’s advice: “Promise good, deliver great.”

Stacy is passionate about empowering the next generation of female leaders in the greater Charlotte region. She volunteers on the board of directors for the Girl Scouts, Hornets’ Nest Council. Through that, she helps fulfill the council’s mission of developing girls of courage, confidence and character in Mecklenburg County and seven surrounding counties in North Carolina and South Carolina.
