Ashley Johnson concentrates her practice on health care. She is part of a team that advises hospitals and health systems, publicly traded health services companies, physician practices, and other providers on a broad range of their legal needs, including litigation.
Ashley has experience defending employers and their insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation claims before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission. She has also represented banks and loan servicers in contested and uncontested mortgage foreclosures, evictions, and real estate litigation.
Ashley has a passion for serving her community. She currently serves as a commissioner for the City of Columbia's Design/Development Review Commission (DDRC) and as a board member for the South Carolina Special Olympics.
Ashley is a former law clerk for South Carolina Circuit Court Judge DeAndrea Gist Benjamin. She received her law and bachelor's degrees from the University of South Carolina.
