Her clients include national and multistate senior living and post-acute care providers, regional skilled nursing and rehabilitation operators, nonprofit retirement communities and healthcare systems, hospice and behavioral health organizations, healthcare real estate investors, and individual care facilities in Georgia and across the country.

Brittany is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Health Care Compliance Association, which vets professionals for the knowledge and practical skills to help healthcare organizations manage risk, meet regulatory obligations, and promote integrity through effective compliance programs. Clients appreciate how Brittany sees the entire picture when advising on their daily operations, as well as her responsiveness and insight in both routine and emergency situations.

She has deep experience with senior living and long-term care, advising national and multistate operators with communities throughout the Southeast and in markets nationwide. Clients turn to her for counsel related to independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, personal care homes, home health, and other aging services. She also served on the board of directors for Second Wind Dreams, a nonprofit working to change the perception of aging through fulfilling dreams and offering innovative educational opportunities to caregivers and communities. She is a frequent speaker and writer on senior living and long-term care developments.

Across the continuum of care, Brittany advises clients on reimbursement, licensing, compliance, survey and enforcement issues, resident rights, and day-to-day operational challenges and opportunities. She regularly counsels providers on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, eligibility, regulatory compliance, administrative hearings, and appeals, helping clients address both routine operational concerns and high-stakes regulatory disputes. She also helps providers navigate government investigations, self-disclosures, and HIPAA compliance.
