Elizabeth Reynolds focuses her practice on intellectual property and corporate law. She is part of a team that helps clients protect and commercialize intellectual property through licensing agreements, technology contracts, and business transactions.
Prior to her legal career, Elizabeth spent two years in financial services consulting with one of the "Big Four" accounting firms. Her work included coordinating technology projects, helping clients navigate complex business challenges, and facilitating collaborative sessions to identify solutions and align stakeholders.
Elizabeth earned her law degree from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, where she served as membership editor of the Campbell Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, with a second major in economics.
