A former Assistant City Attorney with the City of Atlanta Law Department, Emily Hart Breece has a unique combination of governmental and private sector experience that she brings to her real estate and construction law practice.
Emily represents school districts, charter schools, public and private companies in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, easements and license agreements, and commercial leasing. She also provides private sector and governmental law services in the areas of construction, procurement, contracts, intergovernmental agreements, policy development, open records law and compliance.
Emily is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta and was selected for participation in the Leadership CREW class of 2022. With a global membership of over 12,000 professionals, CREW network is a leading organization for senior-level executive women in the commercial real estate field.
Outside of her regular work, Emily has provided pro bono services for matters including community housing leases, housing for victims of human trafficking, and immigration matters.
