Ethan Johnson focuses his practice on construction, development, and condemnation. He has advised construction industry clients, such as contractors, developers, and design professionals, on a range of construction-related legal needs, including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and contract review and negotiation.
Ethan has hands-on construction experience, having worked for four years as a project scheduler for AECOM Tishman, developing and managing construction schedules for projects with contract values up to $1.3 billion. Ethan also worked at a construction consulting firm where he consulted with some of the nation’s largest general contractors preparing delay analyses to support the resolution of construction delay claims. He earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and his bachelor's degree from NC State University, where he majored in construction engineering.
