Ethan Johnson focuses his practice primarily on construction law. He has represented a range of construction industry clients, such as contractors, developers, and design professionals, in state and federal court, as well as arbitration. Ethan also has experience advising construction industry clients on dispute avoidance and contract negotiation.
Ethan has hands-on construction experience, having worked for four years as a project scheduler for AECOM Tishman in New York City, developing and managing construction schedules for projects with contract values up to $1.3 billion. Ethan also worked at a construction consulting firm where he consulted with some of the nation’s largest general contractors preparing delay analyses to support the resolution of construction delay claims. He earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School and his bachelor's degree from NC State University, where he majored in construction engineering.
