Jake Parrott is a commercial real estate attorney in Parker Poe's Raleigh office. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions that include the new development, acquisition, and sale of all commercial property types, as well as leasing, real estate financing, and lending. Jake’s clients include developers, commercial real estate lenders, property owners, and companies expanding their real estate portfolios.
Jake has been a leader within the North Carolina Bar Association's Real Property Section, having served on its council. He is also an active member of the North Carolina Bankers Association.
Jake has a passion for community service. He is a board member for Habitat for Humanity of North Carolina and Emmaus House, which provides safe, affordable housing for recovering male addicts in Raleigh. He is also a past president or board member of several nonprofits in the Rocky Mount area.
