Jennifer Lawrence advises clients on the full range of their commercial real estate finance needs. She counsels lenders and borrowers on various types of financing transactions and drafts and negotiates real estate and loan-related documentation on their behalf.
Jennifer advises clients with respect to their organizational structures. She also reviews title insurance commitments and American Land Title Association and National Society of Professional Surveyors (ALTA/NSPS) surveys and zoning reports to advise clients with respect to potential issues related to real estate collateral. In addition, she helps manage the real estate components of clients' corporate and bankruptcy transactions. Jennifer has a particular focus in large, multi-state real estate lending transactions.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer served as an in-house attorney for the North American arm of one of the world's largest home appliance manufacturers. In that role, she drafted and negotiated purchasing agreements, lease documentation, sales incentive agreements, and master service agreements, among other contracts. She has also worked as an attorney for several of the 100 largest global law firms.
