Kayla McDaniel focuses her practice on employment and labor law. She has defended a variety of public and private employers through all stages of state and federal litigation, including related to complex constitutional and discrimination claims. She collaborates with employers to create effective strategies aligned with their business objectives, develop early resolution strategies to minimize liability risks, and offer training to ensure legal compliance in employment practices.
Kayla received her law degree from Campbell University, where she was co-chair of the Capital Area Teen Court and a staff writer for the Campbell Law Observer. She received her bachelor's degree from Western Carolina University.
