Kevin Marshall focuses his practice on business litigation and construction. He has a wide range of experience resolving disputes for clients through jury trials, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations. This includes assisting construction clients with lien claims and construction disputes, insurance coverage, construction defects, water intrusion issues, breach of contract issues, as well as business organization and licensing conflicts.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Kevin was a partner at a midsize Charlotte firm. He earned his law degree from Duquesne University and his master's and bachelor's degrees from Lehigh University.
