Luke Polson focuses his practice on real estate and commercial development.
Luke previously was a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida's Civil Division, where he researched and wrote memos on the False Claims Act, the Federal Tort Claims Act, and evidentiary restrictions on expert and lay witness testimony. He also compiled case summaries, completed document review, and assisted in trial preparation.
Luke earned his law degree from the University of Virginia, where he was on the editorial board of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and the Virginia Law & Business Review. He was also vice president of competitions for the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester, where he was a member of the varsity baseball team and received awards, including for achievement in political science.
