Mackenzie Miller is a real estate and finance attorney, with a focus on conventional lending. She helps move deals forward by conducting due diligence, creating and managing deal checklists, coordinating closings, and negotiating routine loan document provisions. She has also drafted and reviewed loan documentation for conventional and Small Business Administration (SBA) lending transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance with applicable law, and alignment with each bank's goals.
Mackenzie earned her law degree from Georgia State University, where she was an articles editor for the Georgia State University Law Review and vice president of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers' student chapter. She earned her bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University, where she was philanthropy chair of Zeta Tau Alpha.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys watching movies and exploring Atlanta's restaurant scene.
