Meg Cox serves as the firm's conflicts counsel, supporting the firm's conflict of interest team and advising attorneys on conflicts of interest, professional responsibility, and legal ethics. She works with practice group leaders, attorneys, and staff members of the firm to ensure that matters are opened in compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct, and that conflict of interest situations are appropriately addressed, resolved and documented.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Meg handled commercial and financial services litigation and represented broker/dealers in arbitrations regarding customer disputes and employment matters.
