Mark Bachman is a civil litigator who concentrates his practice on defending clients against allegations of professional negligence and product liability. He represents physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, medical practices, and corporate defendants in complex medical malpractice and catastrophic injury litigation.
In addition to healthcare defense, Mark represents commercial property owners and retailers in premises liability and personal injury cases.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Mark practiced at a New York law firm where he defended healthcare providers and corporate clients in state court litigation, including appearances in trial court proceedings and before the Appellate Division. He earned his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law and his B.A. from Le Moyne College.
