Megan Naioti concentrates her practice on real estate and commercial development. She has represented developers, landowners, investors, landlords, and tenants in connection with the acquisition, financing, disposition and leasing of commercial properties. She advises clients in multiple industries, including self-storage, industrial, and industrial outdoor storage.
Before focusing on transactional law, Megan began her law career litigating complex commercial disputes. Her litigation experience included obtaining a successful appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and securing a jury verdict in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Megan is an active member of CREW Atlanta, the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals, and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. Prior to joining Parker Poe, Megan was an intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Catherine Salinas of the Northern District of Georgia. Megan received her law degree from Georgia State University. While earning her law degree, she was president of the Business & Law Society, a member of Moot Court, and a member of the Student Trial Lawyer Association. She earned her MBA from Georgia State University and her BS from Oglethorpe University.
