Olivia Daly represents a wide range of clients on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and the formation of joint ventures. Olivia also has experience in corporate and litigation finance, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and other strategic business combinations.
Olivia represents commercial lenders and borrowers in various financing transactions. She also represents funders and borrowers in the evolving world of litigation finance. She regularly assists clients with legal needs that develop in the daily operation of a business. She advises clients on commercial contracts, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, and a variety of issues that business clients face.
Olivia co-chairs Parker Poe’s Associates Committee and sits on the firm’s Recruiting Committee. Outside of the firm, Olivia is part of a young professionals group with the Historic Charleston Foundation.
Olivia received her law degree from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. While in law school, she was a clerk for the Honorable Tilman E. Self in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Prior to attending law school, Olivia worked for a government contracting agency in Washington, DC. She is also a graduate of Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in economics.
