Sarah Douglas focuses her practice in the area of employment and labor. She is part of a team that represents foreign and domestic companies of all sizes on virtually every type of employment and labor matter.
She received her law degree from the University of South Carolina, where she was the recipient of multiple CALI Awards and the Richard J. Foster Award. While in law school, she was the senior articles editor for the South Carolina Law Review. She was the clerk of court of the Order of the Wig and Robe, as well as a member of the Order of the Coif. She received her bachelor's degree from Wofford College.
