Sydnie Hall focuses her practice on complex business disputes. She represents clients throughout the litigation process, from pre-suit analysis through discovery, mediation, trial preparation, and resolution. She brings experience handling breach of contract disputes and other commercial litigation, helping clients assess risk, develop litigation strategy, and navigate challenging business conflicts.

Sydnie's experience includes analyzing commercial agreements, drafting dispositive motions and other substantive pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing privilege logs, and supporting the resolution of discovery disputes through written advocacy. She has also participated in mediations, drafted settlement agreements, and assisted trial teams with witness preparation, expert preparation, pretrial motions, exhibit management, and courtroom advocacy. 

Before joining Parker Poe, Sydnie was an associate working on complex commercial disputes at every stage of litigation at one of the largest law firms in the U.S. She previously was a legal intern for a Fortune 200 global manufacturing company in Minnesota.

Sydnie earned her law degree from Emory University, where she was an assistant managing editor of the Journal of Law and Religion. She earned her bachelor's degree from Augsburg University, where she competed on the volleyball team. She also was the legislative chair of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, where she led efforts to enhance athletic regulations.
