Victoria Ward focuses her practice on defending educational institutions and other employers in disputes. She has experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and appeals. Her work supports K‑12 school districts, colleges, and universities involved in employment‑related disputes and workers’ compensation claims.
Victoria works on cases from initial investigation through resolution. She represents clients before administrative and appellate bodies, including the Appellate Division of the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation. She assists with settlement discussions and alternative dispute resolution as well.
Before joining Parker Poe, Victoria practiced for midsize and boutique Georgia firms, where she focused on defending employers and insurers in workers' compensation claims. She received her law degree from Georgia State University and her bachelor's degree from Kennesaw State University.
