Virginia Eith concentrates her practice on business litigation and represents clients throughout all phases of litigation, from case assessment and pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal. Her experience includes developing case strategy, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs, and representing clients in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations.
Before joining Parker Poe, Virginia was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Atlanta, where she focused on representing clients in breach of contract disputes, real estate disputes, and land use and zoning litigation. She previously served as a judicial extern to Judge Walter W. Davis of the Georgia State-wide Business Court and as a legal intern with one of the largest privately held companies in the United States.
Virginia earned her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as managing editor of the Georgia State University Law Review. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina Honors College.
