We have received information that enough petitions for H-1Bs which would be subject to the H-1B cap have been approved or are already pending with CIS Service Centers to reach the cap for the fiscal year 2004. We expect a CIS notice at any time to advise that the H-1B cap has been reached. In this event, no H-1B cases which would be subject to the cap will be approved for employment prior to October 1, 2004, when the new fiscal year begins.
