As a member of Parker Poe’s Public Finance Practice Group, Mr. Levy brings significant public sector experience with tax-exempt bond and low-income housing tax credit transactions from his role as General Counsel for the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority.

With more than 30 years experience in public finance and business law, Mr. Levy will concentrate his practice on advising clients in the utilization of bond and tax credit financing for the development of affordable housing projects in South Carolina.

Mr. Levy received his J.D. (1971) and A.B.(1967) from the University of South Carolina. He is admitted to the South Carolina Bar and is a member of the Bar’s Labor and Employment Section. Mr. Levy is also a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
