Ms. Wood, who joined Parker Poe in 1994, is a partner in the firm’s Employment Practice Group. She has extensive experience in employment counseling and litigation. Ms. Wood is on the Board of Directors for Charlotte Run for Peace as well as for INROADS/Charlotte, Inc. She also assists as a volunteer attorney for the Children’s Law Center.

Ms. Wood received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania (1991) and her B.S. with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1988). She is admitted to practice law in North Carolina, South Carolina and Pennsylvania.
