Henry C. Campen, Jr. of Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP has been named General Counsel for the Carolinas Wireless Association, a business association comprised of members of all sectors of the wireless industry. As General Counsel, Campen will be responsible for providing legal advice to the Board of Directors of the association.

Mr. Campen has appeared before the Federal Communications Commission and public service commissions throughout the southeast on behalf of telecommunications carriers. He has extensive experience in negotiating and arbitrating interconnection agreements on behalf of carriers. Mr. Campen has also appeared before city councils, county commissions and boards of adjustment across the Carolinas in cell tower permitting proceedings on behalf of wireless carriers and infrastructure companies. Mr. Campen is a member of his firm's Board of Directors.
