Andrea Heffernan Brisbin has joined Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP as Special Counsel in the Government and Public Policy Practice Group in the firm’s Charleston office. She represents a broad range of health care providers, including hospital systems, surgery centers, physician practices and other health care facilities on operational, regulatory and licensing issues. Ms. Brisbin received her J.D. from the Catholic University of America in 1993 and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston College in 1990.
