Robert H. Mozingo has joined Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP as Special Counsel in the Real Estate and Commercial Development Practice Group in the firm’s Charleston office.  He concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate matters.  Mr. Mozingo represents buyers, sellers, developers, landlords and tenants in a variety of transactions, including the purchase, sale, development and leasing of raw land, shopping centers, office buildings, condominium projects, apartment projects, planned communities, golf courses, marinas, resort real estate and clubs. Mr. Mozingo received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina in 1991 and his B.S. from Clemson University in 1985.
