Christopher M. Thomas has joined Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP as an Associate in the Antitrust & Business Torts Practice Group in the firm’s Raleigh office. Mr. Thomas has experience with cases involving trademark, copyright, unfair trade practices and other intellectual property rights, including representing clients in federal and state court litigation and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He also represents clients in the areas of Internet and domain name law. Mr. Thomas received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2003, his M.B.A. from Georgia State University in 1999 and his B.A. from Allegheny College in 1991.
