H. C. (Trey) Howell III has joined Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP as an Associate and Kimberly J. Smith has joined the Firm as a Staff Attorney in the Charleston office.

Trey Howell is a member of the Banking & Finance Practice Group and focuses his practice in the areas of banking and real estate development.  He received his JD, cum laude, and his IMBA from the University of South Carolina in 2005. Mr. Howell received his BA, magna cum laude, in 2001 from Clemson University.

Kim Smith is a member of the Banking & Finance Practice Group and practices primarily in the area of banking and real estate development.  She received her JD in 2000 from the University of South Carolina and her BA in 1990 from the College of Charleston.
