Parker Poe is pleased to announce that J. Derham Cole, Jr. has joined the firm as an Associate in the Spartanburg office. 

Derham Cole is a member of the Business Law Practice Group.  He represents small to medium-sized private and public companies with respect to corporate formation and governance issues, mergers and acquisitions and general contract issues. Mr. Cole received his JD and Master of International Business Studies degrees in 2003 from the University of South Carolina and his BS degree in Business Economics, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina Honors College in 1999.
