The Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce honored Parker Poe's Alex Evins and his wife, Jennifer Evins, with its top annual award last night.  

The Neville Holcombe Distinguished Citizenship Award was given to the Evins in honor of their work for the Chapman Cultural Center project.
