Jennifer Hoefling has joined Parker Poe as special counsel in the Charlotte office. Ms. Hoefling focuses her practice in the areas of white collar criminal defense and internal investigations. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Hoefling was the appellate coordinator for the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of North Carolina where she supervised the appeals for the Criminal Division, covering both white collar and violent crimes. Ms. Hoefling also clerked for the Honorable Kenneth F. Ripple on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Ms. Hoefling received her BA , cum laude, and her JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
