Parker Poe is pleased to announce that Sam C. Moses has joined our Columbia office as special counsel. Mr. Moses practices in the areas of economic development, business law and international business.

Prior to joining Parker Poe, Mr. Moses served for more than three years as managing director of the State of South Carolina European Office in Munich, Germany, assisting European investors seeking to establish operations in the United States. Mr. Moses also previously managed the South Carolina Department of Commerce's export development program for Europe, Africa & the Middle East and advised hundreds of companies on international trade issues. 

Mr. Moses received his JD, Master of International Business Studies and BA, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina.
