Robert Train III Joins the Parker Poe Real Estate and Commercial Development Group

Parker Poe announced today that Robert Train III has joined the Firm in its Raleigh office as a staff attorney.  Mr. Train focuses his practice on commercial real estate development, more specifically in the wireless telecommunications industry.

Mr. Train joins Parker Poe with years of experience counseling telecommunications clients.  His industry background includes working directly with wireless tower operators and telecommunications carriers on such matters as real estate lease and sublease negotiations, land lease and easement drafting, deed preparations, title reviews, sales and management issues.  Mr. Train also spent three years as part of a private practice that focused on estate planning and real estate transactional work.

Mr. Train received his JD from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and his BS, magna cum laude, from Chaminade University.
